Chef David- Chef David, originally from
Portugal, came to America and began working for Calandra's Bakery
in 1998. After arriving in the U.S. Chef David continued his training
at Institute National de la Boulangerie Patisserie in France where
he studied the culinary art of French Pastry Making. He is now
the
Head Pastry Chef for Calandra's Bakery and
